Cyril Genot in the top 10 for his return on the ADAC MX Masters in Tensfeld.

60 days in between Cyril last race in the ADAC MX Masters at Mölln and this weekend in Tensfeld. 2 long months were Cyril had to deal with a virus and most of all with his final exams in High School. Cyril did very well with the same talent as we are used to see on the track and he's able now to put his focus entirely on his professional Athlete Career and on the rest of the season.

The weekend started on the right way with a 5th place in qualification on the sand track. A lot of stones on the track make it tricky on this first day. Cyril was confident and this position, close to the front, was good to give a positive feeling for the weekend.

First moto, Cyril took a difficult start, 25th at the first corner. He was able to attack during the first 3 laps to come back in the top 15. A small mistake would cost him 2 positions and a bit of energy but the young Belgian was willing to catch up and pass few riders to finish 10th.

Second Moto, Cyril is in top 15 at the first corner. The rain during this moto will make the riding on this sand track difficult. Familiar with Sand Tracks, Cyril would find his pace to come back 6th, 10 seconds from the podium.

A good 9th Overall this weekend after two months without racing is a promising result for the rest of the championship.

Next race, next week, Deutsche Motocross-Meisterschaft in Wolgast.
